2026 Board of Directors Election

  • Cumulative voting is not allowed. 
  • All ballots, once submitted to the Inspector of Election, are irrevocable.
  • Required quorum to hold election: Greater than 50% of the membership.
  • Ballots will be tallied at an open Election Meeting:
    * Date/Time: September 9, 2026 at 4:00 pm
    * Location: KHA Election, 12240 Venice Blvd, Suite 16, Los Angeles, CA 90066.
    * Members may also attend via Zoom – Zoom details will be provided via email.
